During the 6-week follow-up we review the result together. Shape, colour or density is adjusted where needed — at no extra cost. Brow Vision only considers the work finished when you're 100% happy.
Frequently asked questions
About pricing and booking
- What is included in the price?
- All rates are all-inclusive: a personal consultation, shape design, the full PMU treatment, aftercare instructions and a follow-up session after 6 weeks. There are no hidden costs.
- Why do Nano, Powder and Combi Brows cost the same?
- All three techniques require the same preparation, materials and treatment time (~2.5 hours). The choice depends on what suits your skin and wishes — not the price. During the consultation we advise which technique works best for you.
- Do I need to pay a deposit?
- Yes, a € 50 deposit is charged when booking. This amount is deducted from the total treatment cost — you never pay extra. The deposit protects our schedule from last-minute cancellations.
- Is the deposit refundable if I cancel?
- If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit is fully refundable or transferable to a new date. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
- How can I pay?
- The remaining balance is paid on location by PIN or cash. Business invoices are available on request — let us know during the consultation.
- Is a touch-up included?
- The first follow-up session after 6 weeks is included in the price. Additional touch-ups after 12–18 months to refresh the colour are billed separately at a reduced rate for returning clients.
- What if I'm not happy with the result?
- During the 6-week follow-up we review the result together and adjust shape, colour or density if needed — at no extra cost. Brow Vision only considers the work finished when you're 100% happy.
- Does Brow Vision offer gift cards?
- Yes, you can buy a digital gift card from the gift card page (starting at € 25). Gift cards are valid for 1 year and can be redeemed against any treatment.
